The subscription comes with higher expectations for better technology and customer service directly with Trade Ideas. We promise to deliver.
Q2.: How much is Trade Ideas outside of Scottrade?
A2: The Scottrade subscription rate represents an enormous discount compared to the cost of the same technology direct from Trade-Ideas.com. It’s quite significant:

Q4.: Is there a demo or trial I can use to evaluate the technology and service?
A4: Yes, beginning sometime in Q1 2014, Scottrade customers can start a demo at anytime with the click of a button. Full access to all the features is permitted for 1 week. Afterwards only the Trade Ideas’ support resources and description menus remain active.

Q6.: Do you offer training or webinars for all the new Trade Ideas features and capabilities?
A6: Yes. In addition to the Scottrade produced videos and scheduled webinars regarding Trade Ideas in ELITE, we provide a session called, ‘The Hour of Power’. This one-on-one training session is scheduled in advance and is devoted to explaining how to make the most of Trade Ideas in ELITE in conjunction with all the other essential Scottrade tools to create the best trading experience possible.
