Let’s start with the daily chart. You can see VVPR began to heat up a couple of days ago on the back of rumors about a major takeover. The result? A huge run, and today’s candle shows just how much momentum this name has picked up.

But the real action was on the 5-minute chart.

The move began right before the open at 9:25 AM, and from there, it took off. We saw a steady climb all the way up to $4.68, and then came the pullback — which is where things got really interesting. One of my Trade Ideas scans flagged VVPR at $4.38, and from that point, it soared to $5.52.

That’s exactly the kind of setup we love to see — a strong breakout, clean pullback, and explosive follow-through. Whether or not it continues through the rest of the session, this was a fantastic trade opportunity and a prime example of the power of scanning tools.
