The Setup

This trade started with an alert at $6.36, thanks to our AI tools. I was already watching this one closely, as the continuation setup from yesterday’s strong performance was hard to ignore. The signal was clear, and the stock offered a nice opportunity for those keeping an eye on it.

The Move

After the initial alert, there was no rush. PSNL gave us about 15 minutes to evaluate the play. It chopped around the entry price before making its move, and when it did, it was solid! The stock ran from $6.36 all the way to $7.19 at its peak before pulling back.

Now, I’m watching for a potential breakout at $7.70 later in the day. If that level gets taken out, it could give us another great trading opportunity.

The Bigger Picture

Looking at the daily chart, this is a textbook continuation play. Yesterday’s momentum carried over beautifully, creating a clean path for today’s upward movement. This kind of setup reinforces the importance of tracking strong movers over multiple days.

A Word About Next Week

Heads up, next week might be slower with Christmas falling midweek. Typically, the two days before and after the holiday are quiet in the markets. That said, I’ll still be watching for setups because you never know when a great trade might present itself.
