At 9:05 AM, MNTS was halted, just as I began recording this video. Our AI system initially alerted this stock at $1.16, and it quickly surged to $1.67—a solid 38% move. However, the real lesson comes from what happened after the initial alert.

Right after the alert, MNTS moved up slightly to $1.26 before pulling back below the alert price. This is where many traders might lose interest, thinking the opportunity has passed. But this is precisely where patience and strategy come into play.

I always emphasize that AI alerts are not one-and-done signals. Instead, I use them as a watchlist. If a stock retraces, it might present an even better setup later on. Perhaps it finds support at VWAP, bounces off a moving average, or simply consolidates before another leg up. In the case of MNTS, waiting and watching paid off. The stock made another move, delivering a 33% gain from the alert price—a fantastic result for those who stayed attentive.

Remember, not every trade will explode immediately, but with patience, you can often find even better opportunities later in the day. This is why I treat AI alerts as ongoing signals rather than instant action triggers.
